Communication for Management
This edited volume contains select papers by distinguished Indian business school academics in the area of business communication. The papers were presented at India's National Conference on "Communication for Management: Teaching and Research in Indian B-Schools" in March 2006. The papers, while highlighting the significance and nuances of communication in the corporate context, provide a comprehensive overview of the course content, readings, pedagogy, evaluation parameters, and the feedback mechanism that ought to evolve and be adapted by instructors handling business communication courses. The objective is to help teachers create an awareness among bright young management professionals regarding the necessity of communication skill development for building career success.
