Vertical Agreements and Competition Law
This book focuses on the current legal framework for vertical agreements. As with the first edition, it takes a comparative approach, looking at the regimes in place in the US, EU and (new to this edition), China. In addition to exploring the Chinese dimension and to updating fully on developments in the field, the author also expands on the theoretical underpinnings that support the main arguments of the book. It retains the four part approach and the critical analysis which was hallmark of the first edition.
