Triarchy Press Ltd
Triarchy Press (UK) was formed in 2005. It is a small, independent, UK publisher of intelligent and inspiring books about people, organizations and society. The books represent ‘praxis’—ideas and practical ways to apply those ideas. The umbrella term they use to describe their books is altThink– alternative thinking – and their intention is to find better, more effective ways of doing things. For example they publish books on:
altThink in Business and Organizations
altThink in Tourism and Heritage
How to altThink the way we manage and present heritage sites and the way we visit and ‘enjoy’ those sites as tourists.
altThink in Walking and Moving
Academics, performance artists, anthropologists, dancers and others are reinventing the way we approach movement and walking—and Triarchy Press is at the forefront of publishing their altThink ideas.
altThink in Education and Health
Transformative innovation in the health and education sectors is increasingly a priority for many countries. Triarchy Press publishes ground-breaking altThink books designed for people trying to achieve this kind of innovation in practice.
altThink in Money and Finance
Financial, economic and money systems underpin the way our societies work. These systems are often hopelessly out of date and fail to reflect the way we want society to work. Triarchy Press publishes a range of altThink books on alternative approaches to finance and economics, including local currencies.
altThink in Organizational Theory
Cultural Theory, Complexity Theory, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, and Triarchy Theory are some of the ideas that underlie current ways of thinking about society and business. Triarchy Press presents altThink books in these areas.
