To order a title, you must search for that title through the Quick Search box located at the top of each page. After you have found the title you wish to order, click on the title link and then click the Add to Cart button. This will send you to our secure shopping cart where you information will be collected.
You can shop at ISBS online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Canadian Addresses: $12.25 for the first book, $3.95 each additional book

We will have your web order shipped within two working days of receipt. We ship USPS to addresses in the United States and Canada. We will email you a confirmation upon shipment.
We update stock levels at the end of every week, so they are NOT live. If you wish to check availability of any title, please feel free to give us a call at 1-800-944-6190 between 8:00am and 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday. You can also place your order over the phone if you wish.
When a book is marked as Temp out of Stock, it means that we do not have any copies of the book in our warehouse. We have ordered copies from the publisher and are simply awaiting the next shipment. The average time between shipments is 4-6 weeks.
As we do not charge your card until we ship your order, you should place your order, ensuring that you will get a copy as soon as the title arrives. If we do not receive any orders for a title, it is possible that our ordering system will not order any copies from the publisher until we do.

Our title database is constantly expanding and changing. If you are having trouble finding a specific title, please contact us at 1-800-944-6190 and one of our customer service representatives will help you find the book you are looking for.
We are simply trying to market as many of the titles that we distribute as possible. Not Yet Published titles will be available as long as we have information on them. If you would like to pre-order a NYP book, you may do so simply by clicking on the "Purchase Book" button. We will reserve a copy for you and ship it to you as soon as we receive it. ISBS will not charge your credit card until we ship your order out. In some cases, it may be necessary to contact you in order to complete the purchase when the book is ready to ship.
Exam Copies are for professors to review for possible use in upcoming courses. These are offered at a 50% discount off the list price, plus shipping & handling fees. This discount is offered on a prepaid non-returnable basis only. Quantities are limited.
