Irish Academic Press (Ireland) is an established publishing house that produces excellent books on modern Irish studies. The main fields in which the press publishes are 19th, 20th, and 21st century Irish history, politics, and literature/literary criticism. Please note they have recently begun two unnumbered series, Vision and Revisions Irish Writers in their Time, and New Directions in Irish History. Irish Academic Press' titles, although anchored on Irish studies, have an appeal beyond that geographic boundary. International scholars in the humanities and social sciences will find these titles relevant.
